Gary, I just wanted to take a few minutes and share with you how thrilled my wife and I are with our new roof. It looks great, and we had a number of neighbors stop us this weekend to comment on how great it looks. Thanks so much!
More importantly, as you know, I’m an HR executive, and I believe strongly in feedback. You and everyone at Kearns Brothers should be very proud of the team that was here at my house on Friday. Both Tim and Abe introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions before the work began, and they were professional throughout. It was a long day for everyone…the first hammer hit the house at 8:40 am, and the last truck pulled away at 8:10 pm. I must say that the entire team worked very hard and took excellent care of my house throughout the project. From boards over the windows, to tarps over the shrubs, to both boards and tarps over my hot tub, moving porch furniture and the grill…everything was cared for as if these guys were working on their own home. That gave me great confidence before the work began. Even at the end of the day, watching guys walk around with magnets to pick up stray nails, to the sweeping and leaf blowing of the gutters and downspouts…the professionalism of your team was obvious. I was so impressed I went out in the afternoon and got drinks and snacks for the guys…which they seemed to really appreciate.
As impressed as we were, we had an event yesterday that made us feel even better. Our neighbors had their roof replaced by another roofing company. The hammers and noise started before 8:30 on a Sunday morning (second Sunday in a row we were awakened by the sound of that company.) As they removed the old roof, they pushed it off the edge on to tarps (and bushes and shrubs and lawn) below…not carrying it and sliding it into the dumpster as your team did so carefully. They tromped all over sections of the roof after they were installed, and even threw scraps and garbage on one completed side of the roof as they were working on the other. They gave “cat calls” to my daughter while she was outside…just as unprofessional as they could be. Needless to say, your team put them to shame, and we’re thrilled we went with Kearns Brothers.
Thanks so much…feel free to use me as a reference anytime…I didn’t buy a “lifetime roof”, but I’m a customer for life!

I just wanted to personally let you know of the wonderful experience I had once again with your company. Ace and sons installed my attic area on March 3rd. The experience was truly professional. The staff was here on time, they were very efficient and when they left, there were absolutely no signs that they had even been here.
On Friday of that week, Bryan came to do repair work on the ceiling. Once again he was professional, courteous and efficient. When he left, you would not have known he was even here.
In both instances, the clean up was unbelievable! Michael Baber worked with me and my work travel schedule to make everything happen with convenience and ease for me. He was always available for questions that came up and instilled the “Kearns” confidence all through the process.
Then there is the office staff. From the first phone call I made to have the work done, I was treated respectively, professionally and with a sense that I was the most important person they had to talk with at that time.

Thank you for your nice & understanding note. I had no intention of not paying, just with a very nasty divorce I first was not aware of it being unpaid. 2nd I have been left with “many” responsibilities and three young children, one whom is physically disabled with many medical expenses. Again, thank you for your kindness as none of this was your problem. Your team was awesome! The girl in your accounting department was equally as great. I did refer your company to another business and they booked you for a job!

My husband and I are enjoying the beautiful new windows that were installed on Nov. 5th and 6th by your company.
I just want to let you know that your installation crew was absolutely great. They were friendly and most helpful to me. Since my husband is unable to do much because of his health, like moving the furniture away from the windows, etc, your crew did all that willingly. They installed the windows quickly and efficiently. Plus, they cleaned up everything when they were finished. I am very happy with the entire job and love my new windows, they are beautiful. Also, I want to mention that your salesperson, Brendon, was so helpful by telling me all about the windows when he came over to give us an estimate. He is a very good salesperson. He gives the fact but did not try to pressure us into making a decision.
You should be very proud of the people that work in your business.
We have always been satisfied with the work that your company has done for us and when we need additional work done, we surely will call you, and will recommend you to anyone needing work done.

We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed doing business with you from our casual fun conversation around the kitchen table to the leaves in the yard to the details of our new roof and the pricing. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish with professionalism touched with care and friendliness. This attitude was evident in all the workers who were on our site, plus the office staff. Work was done efficiently and in a timely manner, but done well. We could not be more pleased. The color of the roof and drip rail are excellent and the curved area on the front of the house look attractive once again. It was wonderful to have had your personal touch and remake your acquaintance after twenty years.
