Gary, I just wanted to take a few minutes and share with you how thrilled my wife and I are with our new roof. It looks great, and we had a number of neighbors stop us this weekend to comment on how great it looks. Thanks so much!
Many thanks for a beautiful job. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael and Cameron. Both of these young men are very professional, talked and kind. They are an asset to your company.
Mike and I want to let you know how pleased we are with the new siding job done on our home. We are so pleased with the professionalism of the salesman, Mike Baker, and workmanship of the awesome crew who worked here to help fix our house. The work is simple.
I just want to let you know that your installation crew was absolutely great. They were friendly and most helpful to me. Since my husband is unable to do much because of his health, like moving the furniture away from the windows, etc, your crew did all the work.
Just a note to Thank You and the Kearns Brothers Team for a great job on the recent bathroom project. Keith, Brandt, Brian and Mel (inside) are a combination that clearly reflect the values of Kearns Brothers. Shirley and I remain part of your marketing group.
Kearns Brothers is the BEST company we have ever worked with! We love our siding. Great job!
Mike Baker was great! Followed through on everything. We won't hesitate to call him for any future repairs. Mr. Sanchez and his roofing crew were just great and very timely. Great clean up!
Everything was great. Already referred you to other neighbors and a co-worker.
Very happy with your services. Can't think it gets any better than this!
I just want to say thank you for Paul Wilson and the roofers, chimney guys, insulation guys and gutter guys. Everything was done in a very timely manner, Paul kept me informed as the different groups worked and the insulation guys even took pictures for me.
When estimating a new roof, we even inspect your attic for existing insulation value. If needed, we will recommend only the necessary amount of blown-in cellulose insulation required to bring the insulation R-value to building code requirements. Any additional insulation will aid in the comfort level, energy efficiency and lower heating and cooling bills. Additionally, when adding blown in cellulose insulation and by making sure that building code ventilation requirements are adhered to, the integrity, longevity and security of the roof decking is assured.
On older homes, built prior to 1969, exterior walls had limited insulation resulting. We can even install blown-in insulation in brick walls and existing vinyl or aluminum siding.
Cellulose insulation is primarily composed of shredded, recycled newspaper together with small amounts of cardboard. It has a fluffy consistency and can be sprayed — damp or dry — into wall cavities and attics. Treated with boric acid, cellulose insulation is a natural insect repellent, mold inhibitor, and fire retardant.
For the health conscious, blown cellulose is the safe choice. While producing some dust during installation, it contains NO CANCER CAUSING FIBERS. It is safe for both installers and homeowners!
For the environmentally conscious, cellulose insulation is the smart choice as it recycles many tons of newspaper that would otherwise be taking up space in landfills.
