When you live in an area with a lot of rain or harsh weather conditions and especially if you have a shingle roof it is really important to keep the roof clean as shingles tend to hold debris and especially water under it that can rot through the roofing structures. So keeping your roof well maintained goes a long way with protecting your pocket as well as your roof.

My mother has a similiar problem. We had a roof installed about 3 years ago, by some "alleged" roofers. I had the Chimney tucked and the area sealed around the base in the last week. The last 2 rains have left water seepage in 2 areas in the home. The roof looks intact, but we have a leak somewhere. Is it possible to get a estimate of cost to repair it?y mother is 85 and on a fixed income, I would be responsible fro payment. She resides in Pontiac, please respond by email or phone 248-683-9121 or 248- 858-0217. Thanks in Advance.

Bob-
We have been known to venture into Lapeer County dependent upon the overall size of the job. It's about an 1.25 hour drive from our base. That doesn't deter us. It does add on additional costs for the job though.
