Caleb did great with answering my questions and his estimate. Always great with followup Brandon was exceptional at managing the job and extremely proactive, ensuring everything was done as expected with precision. Kearns was recommended by our finished carpenter and so among the pros this is who they go to.
Roof replacement
We were extremely pleased with your installation of a new roof on our house and storage shed. Chad did an outstanding job in inspecting our old roof and working with us in the replacement process. Brandon, the project manager, was very thorough and helpful in making sure all the details were covered on the day of installation . Reyes, the group leader, did a superb job in running the large crew and making sure the work was completed in one day to beat the rain storm which was coming the next day. All members of the crew were very courteous and worked diligently to get the job done in the tight timeline. We couldn't be happier with the results and will recommend Kearns Brothers to anyone who is looking for a roofing job.

Great Roof Replacement
Our roof was recently replaced on our house and garage by Kearns Brothers, and we couldn’t be more pleased! We worked closely with Dan Strudgeon, and he took great care of us. His communication with us and our insurance company was excellent, from the roof assessment to installation. The whole process took a while, but any delays were solely from our insurance company’s standpoint. The roofers did a great job, and we were very impressed with the final inspection and clean-up. We highly recommend both Dan and Kearns Brothers. We will certainly spread the word about their excellent service!

Michah Williamston and his team were excellent. Took care of a roof leak that other companies could never fix. Excellent service and work from start to finish. I will definitely use them for any future roofing needs

New Roof
Very happy with the job Kearns Brothers has done replacing our roof after the recent hail storm. Had a great experience with everyone on the team including Gary our sales representative, Joe the project manager and Angel the crew leader. All were professional, very thorough and helpful. Was a pleasure to work with them.
Wyandotte Roofing Project
The first on-site contact was with Rudy Mendez-Residential Exterior Design. On 7-10-23 Mr Mendez explained what would be done, advised us to remove items from walls & shelves, and took a look in the attic to determine the condition. Received a phone call from Krearns about the delivery of materials and the start date. On 8-16-23 The project manager Levi, texted me when the crew should arrive on site. On 8-17-23 I arrived on site, the roofing crew was on site, they quickly removed the old roof and prepped for shingles. Project Manager Levi introduced himself and covered what was going to happen. Levi also indicated that they were changing the placement of the roof vents to all on the West Side of the roof. That they were replacing the Bathroom roof exhaust vent with the correct type vent. They crew worked quickly and finished the roof by about 2:30. Clean-up followed. Crew was efficient and professional. I met with Levi when the crew was finishing up. Roof looks great. Satisisfied with the job done.
Repair visit by Cameron and Xavier to fix problem
Cameron and Xavier are submitting report and estimate to replace caulking with J hooks. They were professional and provided me with much needed confidence that my problem would be resolved. Would recommend this company.
