Repair and Inspection
Wow, I can't say enough good things about my sales representative Don Richard. My roof needed a cleaning, so after I had that done, that service person noticed a hole in my roof. I called Kearns the next day to schedule an inspection and repair. Don came over at the scheduled time, and I found him to be very friendly, honest, and efficient. He inspected my roof, took pictures of problem areas and said that the hole was small enough that caulking it would be the best solution. He took care of it for me at no charge! What a relief to have a person come out and do a small job honestly and without trying to sell me anything! I am saving for a new roof, skylights, and gutter system within the next 2 years, so I know exactly who I will call when it is time for that. I recommend Don for any of your needs, or to give you an honest opinion of your roof. Thanks Don. Thanks Kearns Brothers.
Warranty repair work
I have used Kearns Brothers roofing on my personal home of over 6000 square feet and on over ten rental properties I own. I use them because of their skill, workmanship, honesty and follow through. They are a superb, stand out, roofing company in a sea of fly by night roofers. I know because before I discovered Kearns Brothers I have used a few of them and sorely regretted it. Initially when hiring a roofing company you are concerned about price and timeline. But you do not really know the quality and value of a great roofer until you have a warranty or a repair needed. Kearns Brothers warranty work sets them miles ahead of any other roofing company in the area, in my opinion. I recently had need of some warranty work on my personal residence. Making the appt was easy, the team came out quickly,, assessed and competently repaired the issue without delay. The team lead, Hunter; was polite, articulate, thoughtful and extremely well spoken. He thoroughly explained what his crew ( Rob, Xavier,and Jay) was doing and how this would fix my problem. Kearns Brothers is an honest, highly competent company that stands behind their work, And really, as a customer, that is all I need to know.

Roof Replacement

Roof Repair
I worked with Don Richard as my sales agent. He communicated well, was friendly, and most importantly honest with us. He went above and beyond (on the roof while there was snow outside, checked my attic) to ensure that everything was properly checked out. After looking at everything, he was able to identify the issue and fix our roof for an honest price instead of trying to upsell services/repairs that were not necessary. New Roof
Last month my old roof was torn off and replaced by Kearns Brothers. Chuck Saltmarche (sales representative/roofing consultant) provided an excellent in-home presentation for the tear off and replacement project. He explained the complete process and answered all my questions. There was never any surprises regarding cost or time table of work being completed. I did get quotes from competitors but felt most comfortable with Kearns Brothers/Chuck Saltmarche. I would recommend them with the highest marks possible.
Quick service call
I live in a condo and had to call my HOA due to seeing water damage occurring on an interior wall. They got ahold of Kerns Brothers to assess what was happening. I was lucky enough to get Hunter and Jay who came out and identified the problem. This leak has been a reoccurring issue for me and I am so happy a permanent solution is now in the works. Thank you again to Hunter and Jay who listened to the problem and what I was saying. Awesome job!
