I cannot praise Kearn Bros. enough. I have watched them replace roofs on 8 buildings in our condo complex. The workers are diligent and respectful and clean up after themselves. It has been an AMAZING experience. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done, no matter what it entails. They are excellent.

Chuck provided exceptional service when I needed a new roof and then a couple of years later new gutters and gutter guards. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Mr. Jon Laimbeer must have wrote the book on Customer Satisfaction. Jon has helped me for well over a year while I argued with my insurance company about unquestionable weather related damage to my roof. I rightfully prevailed in the argument, but only because of Jon’s knowledge and support during my fight. He took time to carefully check , discover the leak, patiently explain the problem to me (not an easy task), and arrange for the repair. Cameron went into the attic and was equally thorough in addressing issues there. I am fully confident in this young man’s abilities and look forward to using my room again, without leaks. Always great with followup Brandon was exceptional at managing the job and extremely proactive, ensuring everything was done as expected with precision. Kearns was recommended by our finished carpenter and so among the pros this is who they go to.
Roof replacement
We were extremely pleased with your installation of a new roof on our house and storage shed. Chad did an outstanding job in inspecting our old roof and working with us in the replacement process. Brandon, the project manager, was very thorough and helpful in making sure all the details were covered on the day of installation . Reyes, the group leader, did a superb job in running the large crew and making sure the work was completed in one day to beat the rain storm which was coming the next day. All members of the crew were very courteous and worked diligently to get the job done in the tight timeline. We couldn't be happier with the results and will recommend Kearns Brothers to anyone who is looking for a roofing job.
