Love My New Roof!!
Uncertain of where I should begin with my 74 y/o home (a work in progress!!) I figured having the roof inspected was a good start. James Cole-Dionisi, my Sales Rep came out and did a thorough inspection. He took many pix and explained all the issues with my roof in a way that was understandable for someone who's never replaced a roof!! I didn't feel pressured at any point, he was very kind, patient and professional. I decided that Kearns would be a good fit for me, that I didn't need any other estimates and signed the contract that day and I'm so glad I did!! Morgan the scheduler was very friendly and kind whenever I spoke with her and was flexible with my schedule which I really appreciated!! Levi, my Project Manager, Alexi the team lead and the rest of the crew were all amazing!! They went above and beyond for me. I had a situation where I had an inoperable car blocking the garage that I couldn't move and they were kind enough to push it out of the way into the street for me and then back up the driveway when the job was completed!! I was so grateful to them for doing this which took a lot of the stress off of me. Levi checked in throughout the day, did the final inspection and was on top of it all!! The whole team worked so hard replacing my roof and did a great job with the cleanup. I now have the nicest roof on the street ;) and will recommend Kearns Bros to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or fixed. Exemplary company!!
