Donald Richard, Sales Representative, was at my home for a roofing estimate. I had a basketball sized hole in the roof that caused a “waterfall” down my brick wall, inside my family room. Donald returned the next day, his day off, a Saturday, to put up a temporary cover that kept the rain out! Thanks so much, especially because it rained that night and the next day. I greatly appreciated it!
