Promises made/Promises Kept!
I thought, how could I write this review and do justice to all the superlatives I wanted to say about Kearns. And then I thought if I did I would probably do some long winded statement no one would read. So let me do it this way. Kearns Rep John Kazmar performed a thorough and accurate inspection leading to an expedited insurance claim and approval. Kearns Claims Coordinator Janafer Briscoe coordinated with my insurance company for a seamless joint effort to resolve the claim. Senior Project Manager Brandon Skrzypek coordinated for materials delivery, crew assignment and keeping me involved throughout the process. On the day of installation the work crew foreman Milton, coordinated the 10-11 hours tear-off, repair, and installation of our new roof. His crew were professional, appropriately dressed, and expeditious in their efforts. So much so that when Milton, Brandon and I performed the final inspection, a few minor issues were discovered and handled immediately. Now I must say that anyone who has ever had a roof replaced knows the mess around the home. This crew and Milton's clean-up efforts were so efficient that my lawn, bush area and patio were cleaner than before they arrived. And the last procedure was the payment by me of monies owed. This too was seamless and efficient. Sometimes you receive promises that fall short. Kearns personnel not only met mine, but exceeded them at all levels of project parameters. Promises made/Promises kept! CONTRACT WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!
